Ringette Nova Scotia Annual General Meeting
 
Ringette Nova Scotia Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday June 11, 2022 in person, at RBC arena, 9-11 am.

Voting Delegate Form – Full members in good standing will have three (3) votes. There will be no votes by proxy. Deadline to submit voting delegation form is June 10, 2022 at 4pm.

A meeting package will be forwarded to all Ringette NS voting members in advance of the AGM.  

We are now accepting Nominations for board positions. The deadline to submit nominations is May 26, 2022. Each member can submit one nomination per open board position. Information on each board position minimum standards, general duties and responsibilities is located in the RNS by-laws.

For this even numbered year, the following positions are open for election and the intentions of the current executive are as follows:

VP Administration – Chad Mombourquette – not reoffering
VP Finance – Bruce Hennebury – not reoffering
Director – Athlete Development – Cory Alexander – not reoffering
Director – Officiating – Cathy Hebert – not reoffering
Director – Provincials and Tournaments – Cathy Stothart – not reoffering

Nominees should have the following skill sets, knowledge and availability:

• Executive nominees should have experience in governance board procedures and policy review, policy knowledge translation and implementation strategies;
• All nominees should be familiar with LTD 3.0;
• Director nominees must be available throughout the summer months for planning of seasonal programs and seasonal strategies.

 All nominations will be reviewed by our nominating committee.
