Facility Guidelines and Procedures
Always check with your association re. group size. Just because the rink can accomidate 200 dosn't mean every team of every association is set up to screen in 100 fans.

Spectator capacity - 100 (50 per team)
Entry / Exit
- All participants will enter through either the Front or Back doors (Talk to your team, decide where the screener will be)
- Athletes and coaches may access the locker room 30 minutes prior to ice time. Athletes and coaches must exit the arena 15 minutes after the game has completed. Exit by turning left when leaving the locker room and follow the hallway to the exit at the end (on the right).
- Spectators will be informed at the screening station on where they should enter, their seating area, available washrooms and exit route after the game. Access to seats will be allowed once the previous games spectators have left and contact surfaces have been cleaned. Typically 5 minutes prior to ice time however arena staff will inform the screener when seating is available.
- All spectators must be screened in by team safety officer/coordinator
