Facility Guidelines and Procedures
Always check with your association re. group size. Just because the rink can accomidate 200 dosn't mean every team of every association is set up to screen in 100 fans.


Apple Dome
Spectator capacity - 100 (50 per team)
Entry / Exit
  • All participants will enter through either the Front or Back doors (Talk to your team, decide where the screener will be)
  • Athletes and coaches may access the locker room 30 minutes prior to ice time. Athletes and coaches must exit the arena 15 minutes after the game has completed.  Exit by turning left when leaving the locker room and follow the hallway to the exit at the end (on the right).  
  • Spectators will be informed at the screening station on where they should enter, their seating area, available washrooms and exit route after the game.  Access to seats will be allowed once the previous games spectators have left and contact surfaces have been cleaned.  Typically 5 minutes prior to ice time however arena staff will inform the screener when seating is available.
  • All spectators must be screened in by team safety officer/coordinator

Enter and exit through the far left door of the building. Take careful note of the Arena Flow maps just inside the doors (and in the additional information above) as to how you get on and off each ice surface depending on which dressing room you are in and how to move around the rinks as this requires careful attention.

Rink A- use doors at the far left side of building- there is another side parking lot for this rink
Rink B- use the door in the front but to the left (1st set of doors on the left)
Rink C- use the door in the front middle (second set of doors- to the left of the main doors)
Rink D- use the main entry doors

Entry / Exit
Enter through main doors, exit through 'side' doors at end of hallway with skate shop, by bathrooms.
 
 
Zatmans
Spectator capacity- 90
Entry/Exit
Athletes and coaches- Enter through the main door once your entire group is present.
Exit through the middle set of doors with a  "special events" sign on it
 
Spectators- Enter through the spectator's door to the right of the main entrance.
Sit only in sections 3-11. Track use is not permitted.
Exit by Section 3 at the end of the building, turn right heading towards the main entrance and before the spectators entrance the "Special Events" door will be where your athletes will come out of for pick up.
